And for that to happen, you need to have a job search marketing toolkit. So, why a marketing campaign? Most good marketing campaigns let their target market know about their goods and services so that they can increase brand awareness and market share. I think the basics are exactly the same when it comes to your job search. Your product is your skills and experience and you must let your target market know that you exist otherwise how would they know to hire you? But marketing is much more complicated that just letting your target market know of your product, it must be done in the right way with the right tools.
